The elevators are modern and efficient and the room WiFi was superb.
The staff member 'Bernard' that checked me in and helped me with a couple of things during my short stay delivered great customer service. I was very happy with my 11th floor room that was spacious, modern, nicely decorated, comfortable and very well equipped.
I booked my room via Expedia and as a VIP Gold Member I got a free room upgrade and a $20 food credit. I stayed at this hotel in Milwaukee whilst on a business trip to the area.
